A typical meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 15th of August, 2022 at 6:30 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. Attendance at the meeting was fair, with a number of residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Mr. Thompson, the President.

Minutes for the previous were accepted. A discussion recent renovation plans and how it will affect residents.

Proposed Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association has proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to clarify several aspects of condominium governance. Raintree Condo Exterior Improvement Project Update

Greetings residents! This short update provides information regarding the ongoing facade improvement project at Raintree Condo. The primary focus of this project is to enhance here the aesthetic appeal and overall resilience of our building. As of today, noteworthy progress has been made on numerous phases.

• Contractors are currently working diligently on the installation of new greenery around the property, which will greatly improve curb appeal.
• Also, the fresh coat of building facade is progressing well, and we anticipate a wrap-up within the next couple of weeks.
• Residents are reminded to exercise caution in the project area and to follow all posted regulations . Your support is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
